Refund Policy

PriceAndMatch's core search and barcode-scanning features are free to use. Paid plans are currently not enabled while we prepare for public launch.
When paid plans are available
Once paid plans are live, the following policy will apply:
- 14-day money-back guarantee. New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge.
- Recurring renewals. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Service outages. In the event of an extended service outage attributable to PriceAndMatch, we may issue pro-rated credits at our discretion.
Purchases from retailers
PriceAndMatch does not sell products. Any purchase made from a third-party retailer via an outbound link is governed by that retailer's own refund and returns policy. Please contact the retailer directly for refund requests on those orders.
How to request a refund
Email support@priceandmatch.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request". We aim to respond within one business day.
