PriceAndMatch aggregates publicly available product and pricing information from third-party retailers. Prices, availability, and product details are provided by those retailers and may change at any time. We make no warranty that information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

• No scraping, automated querying, or circumventing rate limits.
• No reverse engineering, interfering with the Service, or attempting to access data that does not belong to you.
• No use that infringes intellectual property, violates law, or harms others.

Guest and free-account use is subject to the limits described in the product. Paid plans, when offered, are governed by additional terms presented at checkout.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
